New Year, New Me..

New Years Resolution.
I need to lose 4 stone.
So, all my life ive had “weight” issues, I don’t really remember myself without a tummy and without thighs. Ive always wanted to be slim, but it didn’t affect me much when I was a young teen, plus, I never had the motivation.
Anyway, 2011 is the time. Ive been feeling really uncomfortable with what I see in the mirror, and I feel like because ive put on weight, my face is changing. As soon as I don’t like the way my face looks, I know I need to do something about it.
Ive been exercising ALOT and ive been seriously cutting down on my calorie intake.
My workouts consist of cardio, interval training, running and some extreme toning work. I did a workout last night and I woke up this morning feeling like my body had been smashed into a wall. That means its working lol J
Some of my favourite meals are – Wheat free pasta, with pesto sauce and mushrooms, remember, no garlic bread though J
I love lunch the most. I always have pitta bread or a tuna sandwich on brown bread.
I always make sure that my food is tasty, even if its low in fat.. That way you don’t get bored.
Ive measured and weighed myself, on Sunday, I will let you guys know how much ive lost. My aim is about 5pounds J

  1. Yep i'm with ya girl i'm dieting too! I aim to lose about 2/3 stone or get to a size 10. I started on the 1st January - really took the new year seriously and said to myself feck it just do it and cop on. I mentioned to u on twitter (LFitz712) that i've lost 4lbs so far and i'm really happy about that and i'll def take your advice about the measuring too. Might do a blog post.. maybe... I dono!! :)

I am dieting yet again, i managed to lose a stone before xmas, and now im back on track to try and lose another stone and a half. i have been jogging today and eaten well. i go off track easily though. I also feel it on my face and look like a little cherub! id love to just be happy with what ive got but im really not and i know ive got a long time to wait to get what i do want! wish u all the luck X

  4. It's great that you have such motivation but I cant believe you said you feel uncomfortable when you look in the mirror! You are incredibly beautiful and dont let anyone or anything bring you down or tell you different. Good luck on your journey as the more confident you feel the better, so if it means losing weight for you then go for it, but you really are stunning xxxxx

  6. yah want to tone up for the year :) i've always thought i had weight issues but i don't. it's just when i eat a lot it goes to my tummy first. well that's were i start to notice it first. but i plan to tone up. i need to try to eat healthier for the new year too =/

  8. I've been trying to lose weight as well!! i dont know if you ever heard of zumba? but its soooo fun and i lost like 10 pounds in a week and a half!

  9. i have been dieting for over a year now. i have lost a lil over 40lbs and im trying to lose at least 22 more. i know ur pain and after a while it has all gotten boring to me. i tired of eating all together lol
